Game freezes when Alt + Tabbing on loading screen after match

If you alt tab during the loading screen right after the end match screen (when you press 'Continue') the game might freeze, which requires opening the task manager to close it. I can't consistently reproduce this bug, but it happened a few times to me over the last year I've been playing the game.
Playing on a Windows 11 Education, version 23H2. Game is the Steam version.
