Blood Moon Retrospective
So while I enjoyed certain things about the event, (mostly the massive BP gains,) I think the majority of players would say the event as a whole was pretty botched.
The add-ons were mediocre, and one of them was locked for the entire duration of the event. I assume the event will be repeating in the future since the add-ons weren't removed, and hopefully they'll be in a more functional state when that occurs.
The blood fountains were a good idea, in theory, but the benefit for survivors was non existent, so unless you were farming BP, it was actually detrimental for survivors to activate them, which is not what you want in a community event where rewards are tied to DOING the side objective.
The way the map changes looked was also a bit of a miss, as the red everywhere hid scratch marks, and also made it hard to see blood pools and certain killer effects such as the executioners trails.
The cosmetics also could have been better especially on the free side, as there was a bunch of leftover points at the end.
On the whole I like the idea of the event, especially the lobby art, which was amazing and I want it year-round. But it needs a lot of love before it comes back.

To be fair, killer never really had that much of advantages too as it was too location specific and they didn't even had any time to do it.
Just give maximum BP bonus from the beginning I guess? we don't need that mechanics.

good only for the BP so a simple BP multiplier would have sufficed
we did not need that lackluster event, give us a multiplier for a few days next time and work on something else

The best part of the event for survivors was the Bloodmap which is Rainbow map with an unlimited range empathy :P
