Literally had a bunch of survivors defending a cheater just because I was playing Twins in live.

What a sad world we live in, and reporting does nothing to stop this.

I hate this so much. People really think that people who cheat in video games deserve to play the game more just because they don't like one killer.

I too played the twins recently for the adept challenge. Was about to get it and mystery dc. You might be onto something.

It's really not just twins. People will come to with any excuse regardless what you play.

At least you know it when action has taken, right

Did they even cheat? No offense, but I have seen people claim that someone is cheating while they were clearly not cheating. Would also explain the behavior of the Survivors.

I'll never forget when I played Sadako and a cheater breaking every hook instantly when I picked up another survivor went completely white knight in endgame chat saying every killer deserves to lose and never play because every killer is morally bankrupt.

This was 1.0 Sadako, by the way.

Could be part of BHVR's plan for Skull Merchant, make another Killer hated even more.

I had a cheater that held game hostage and in post game chat he invited other survivors to join him "to make killers dc and suffer, because they deserve it". So many poor children in this community were traumatized badly by simply playing a game, lol.

It was a Jeff with a cross play icon that as soon as he moved behind the wall his move speed changed to 400%+ and he basically ran so fast he teleported to the other side of the map, I was running I'm all ears and spotted him doing this.

So yes, he was a cheater.

"Are you sure that they were cheating? Unless you got prove it might just be a skill issue?"

    Meanwhile the survivors:

One of the more aggrevating subtle cheats is the "teleport in front of the killer when they pick up for a timely flashlight save". This one is really strong at gaslighting the killer into thinking that they are just playing an extremely goated survivor. This was mainly used in the pre-background player days, but you occasionally had this players who somehow stepped up behind bushes were they could impossible have been sneaking up to, staring into your face and blasting your with photons just to be called the hero.

I thought for the longest time that I just got outplayed, but if you look it up on youtube, its not very hard to find this kind of cheat in action. At least the blatant flying ones are somewhat funny in their openess and genuinely bring something new to the table that you don't see every day.

I also remember a David who constantly self-hooked himself and then chased me around as he hooked and unhooked himself, screaming all the time. That one was kinda funny and memorable, even though that game was busted because of the cheating.
