My grave dissapointment on the anticheat system

I would like to draw your attention to the cheating issue regarding on the game, especially on killer side, I have been enocuntering alot of cheaters in the match making which is very unfair to me. I have been sending my feedbacks to your company, and yet up to this date, there has not been any reply from your side. Meanwhile, you are developing new content, new game modes for gamres, I think you should really put into effort on upgrading your current anticheat system as it appears that your current system is not working to counter cheating players. I am very dissapointed with your company, and please take my request seriously, as if the cheating phenomen remains, your company will defintely lose alot of supporintg players which have spend alot of effort in your game. By this discussion, I expect your team will have a response instead of neglecting the problem!
