Unbreakable pallet (from one side) in Hawkins

There is a pallet in one of the corners of the map on the rift side of the map that has a pallet that I could only break from one side, but not the other, even though I should have been able to do so.

It's in tile 1P_HD132 and the screenshot below shows the side I was unable to break it from.
