Unhookable survivors? Or bad hook hitboxes? Also Turret/Overcome bug

Just had a match on one of the coldwind farms, the one with the building in the middle with the bales of hay around the gen. It was against an Alien using the queen skin, and sometimes she just seemed unable to hook anyone? I was hooked once on a hook, but then, later, on the same, hook, she was just wiggling around it like she was trying to find the prompt but couldn't hook me. Happened again later in the match by a hook on one of the corners of shack.

Also, same match, I got hit while holding a turret, and while healthy, and my Overcome did not proc. Unrelated to the first but I also think that's its own bug.

I'm not sure how often either of these occur because they only happened to me in this one match so far and I can't really control what killer I go against to replicate them. Sorry :(
