Can anybody get into games right now?

Currently everytime i queue up I either A never find a lobby or B get hit with connection to host could not be established.
I am on Steam
Edit: Took 10 minutes of waiting but got into a lobby
Edit Edit: "the lobby has been closed due to an unexpected situation"
