Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

As title, equip Sabo, use a toolbox to sabo a gen, the perk goes on cd so you are unable to use it if you end up using the last of a toolbox and then wanted to use the perk, technically it's working as written but that doesnt seem intentional
