Is rank reset bugged?

It's the 13th and I still haven't gotten rank reset. Usually rank reset occurs between 12AM - 2AM on the day of the 13th but not today for some reason. I even logged in after 11AM to see and still nothing.

Is this a bug? I assume it's a bug.

Update: It works now, weird bug
