Petition to be able to mute specifically Heartbeats

I have a friend with severe cardiophobia who cant play as he is legitimately scared of heartbeat sounds. he genuinely wants to play, but he doesn't want to mute LITERALLY everything as skill check notification sounds are really helpful.

I just think it would be a good accessibility option
