Blast Mine not applying both stun and blind to Archibe challenge.

Tome 10 Page 2 Stop 'Em in Their Tracks is not getting both added with Blast Mine it only registers one. It is Stun or Blind 3 times in one match and I'm doing both so it should count for a stun and blind. He wasn't using Lightborn.
