Simple Idea to slow down games against "Depip squads"

I promise it makes sense when i say it will mostly affect the groups that work on gens mostly seperatly.
I think the simple solution is to simply massively increase gen regression. Atleast twice the speed it currently loses charges (which is a pathetic 0,25 c/s) and have survivors take like 2 seconds to reactivate it instead of a simple tap.
If the survivors split up and basicly make one corner each their turf they will be unable to stop the heavily regressing generators in time in contrast to the "normal" survivors that are either more mobile or work on gens in small groups.
Both sides have perks that directly and indirectly help with regressing gens, Alert and Surveillance to name the obvious ones.
The cherry on top is that this method of slowing down the game only works if the Killer plays aggressively, kicking gens in the process, which rewards aggressive behavior with more time, which means higher chances to win and less camping which makes the game more fun for both sides.

This is a solution in search of a problem that really isn't that common to deserve said solution and we use the same logic why not apply it to Depip level killers?

Never heard of accurate numbers, i don't have them and you don't either. Im not asking to rebuild DBD from ground up, more like a few figures, or lines at best.
We both acknowledge that there it is a problem which scale we don't know about, and potentially a simple solution, lets leave it at that.
And to your depip Killer point, what do you mean? If something is obviously broken it deserves to be nerfed, don't imply here i said otherwise.1
