Allow us to rebind break and pick up actions to different keys

I only ever had a survivor pull a successful cj tech on me once, but the fact that this is possible because the game doesn't allow you to have different keybinds for breaking pallets and picking up survivors is very annoying. Also at lockers you have to face away from the locker to pick up, potentially allowing for an easier blind for the survivors.

Allow us to rebind these two actions bhvr, I don't even mind if space is the default for both, but we should be able to rebind them if we want. (R would be a good key for picking up, since it's the same key used to drop survivors)
