Description: Plague’s power use cooldown animation is desynchronized from the actual cooldown, which leads to the killer being able to use her power before the animation is over. The timing is correct, but the animation itself is late. Can be seen here:
Steps to reproduce: use Plague’s power in rapid succession at least 2 times, preferably on less than 50% of power bar.
How often does this occur: every game, multiple times per game.
