Victor kickable when glowing white

Even though the functionality was changed, in the patch notes it still says:
"Victor will now glow red whenever he is vulnerable to being crushed and white when he is not."
This seems very bugged.
Platform: PC
Steps to reproduce:
1) Down a survivor using victor to gain the temporary immunity to being kicked
2) Get kicked despite being supposedly immune according to the visuals.
