Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Cant buy auric cells on PS5 and no banner and badge after purchasing set from chrysalis collection
Title says it all.
Cant buy auric cells and when I got a set from the chrysalis collection I did not receive the banner or badge in my inventory
On ps5 after newest update
edit: it works if i buy the aurics from the ps store but directly from dbd store it does not work. Its literally just like a picture and doesnt send to the buy menu.

Having same issue on Nintendo Switch. Can get to Auric Cell purchase menu, but only option that works is "Back". Can't click on any of the cells to purchase.

Same on Steam. I can click the amount of Auric cells I want to buy but when I get to the checkout page and click “add funds” to add funds to my Steam wallet it brings up a window looking to open an HTM file for some reason.
edit: It’s sort of working now for some reason? The add funds button worked but now it’s stuck on the check out.

I've been having the same problem on Switch since the update. Just noticed that I can click on the grey box with the price in it (but nowhere else) and this takes me to the purchase screen. Hope it works for you too.

I'm having the same issue on Ps5 as well. Good idea to buy direct from PS Store. I'll try that.

OMFG…@HerInfernalMajesty you nailed it. I wasn't able to buy anything and I thought I was going crazy. There's not even a button there…just a black patch next to the price tag so it doesn't even look like a button!!!! #########, BHVR???

Yes! I came back here to say that I found this finally. I used to be able to click the whole banner but now it's just the tiny button with the price. Seems like a weird change to bother making.
