Naughty Bear skin glitched after 7.7.0 patch

Description of issue: In the lobby he doesn't move his mouth, even when he does his iconic "BOO!!". His mouth is still not moving. Basically all of his facial expressions got removed with the 7.7.0 patch. He doesn't move his mouth in the mori anymore as well.
Please fix this expensive skin!
