I bought ghost face and after like 1 or two years I don’t own him

so I think the game glitched this update because all of a sudden I don’t own ghost face and I’m not willing to pay for him again so is it possible for dbd to some how get me ghost face back

    He same thing happened to me, but with my Ghost face AND MY DEMOGORGON + Steve, Nancy.

    I hope its just a glitch and they give us back our characters.... im still willing to pay for it if the issue isn't brought to the developers or they decide to do nothing about it... I hope they fix it though
