Bring back Montreal Morel!
One of the few things that suck about the rift are that they have some really cute outfits that never make it back into the game :( This outfit is the cutest and it's been over four years. When will it come back to the store? I think bringing back the old rift outfits that people miss (like this one, that one Felix one and the Nea one) would be an easy way to make the side of players that like cosmetics over most other things happy :) and it'd be nice to have outfits that some people like myself have missed because we weren't playing yet.

I agree, but sadly it's not likely to ever return to the store. In their Reddit AMA of September 7, it was confirmed that only Very Rare and above Rift cosmetics will eventually return to store. And Claudette's Montreal Chill outfit is unfortunately of lower rarity than that.
It is why Rift cosmetics are now always Very Rare, so there is a guarantee they will come back eventually.

But they brought back Nea's Counterculture outfit which was only rare :/

Do you happen to know when they added that cosmetic to store? Was that before or after the above-mentioned AMA?
Ultimately it's up to BHVR to decide and it's possible, of course, that they walk back on earlier decisions. We can only hope, for I too am missing this Claudette cosmetic (along with the single head piece, the skirt, etc).1 -
I want 2 very rare Nea outfits (their head part to be precise) so while I personally am not affected with the "only very rare and up" outfits coming back, what I don't get why?
Like you have 2 options, bring back all outfits and earn a certain amount of money, depending on how good/wanted a cosmetic is, or don't and earn nothing. It's like they don't want money sometimes.

They've also added a green rarity rift outfit for Hillbilly to the store (The Milkman). But I checked and that seems to have been in February 2023.
Still, I really hope their decision to not feature less rare outfits in store isn't final. I think people would love to be able to have older outfits they missed out on.

it's even more annoying considering these outfits are visible in game without being available for purchase. If theyre not going to bring them back, why not just remove them entirely? It seems too easy to just slap the price on there and bring them from the rift. They've added rift outfits that people hardly use or want when they could bring back the ones people actually want and have been begging for for 4+ years.
Higher rarity doesn't automatically mean everyone wants it, or that it's higher quality.
