7.7.0 - Fae Claudette charm bug

An older bug involving Claudette's Halloween cosmetic has returned with patch 7.7.0. On release, the charms were barely visible and almost entirely covered by the leaf skirt. This was later fixed, and the charms were moved up to the yellow waistband. However, with the new patch it's back to square one again :(.
