Stutter/Lag after 7.7.0 Mid-Chapter Patch?

Is this happening to anyone else? If so, let me know. My ping is fine and this hasn't ever happened except for after this patch came out? I heard they switched to a new-engine, maybe that's causing it? idk LMFAO it just ######### me up in chase a lot.
