Unbreakable palette on RPD

Currently in RPD (no matter what wing) the palette in the main stairwell is unbreakable facing from the top down. Shortly after initiating the break animation killers kinda glitch and fall down a little, that cancels the breaking animation. It's only breakable from coming up the stairs, but for that you have to go all the way around.
I've also noticed that killers are kinda levitating in the air in front of this spot, probably the cause of this bug.
