Archives Menu Bugged after watching a Tome Cutscene

After finishing watching a tome cutscene, the Archives menu and UI will completely disappear, leaving only the Observer Background and the Auris. It will only become available again if you reload the game. I had finished all of the Archive challenges and was pumped to read the lore for myself, please fix this when the chance rises, I know there's a ton of other stuff that's probably blowing up for you guys right now.
