Game updates full size randomly

Hello, i had this issue for a long time on old pc and on
new pc so its not related to the pc.
Every while my game does an update, but not for a certain size, it updates the full game size almost 40GB.
Sometimes it even finishes the full 40GB update and it starts again immediately, did anyone get this problem before and is there a solution please.
