Pallet in RPD West Wing is unbreakable/gets people stuck

East Wing is killswitched, but the pallet at the top of the stairs in the main hall bugs out. Once dropped, it can't be broken by killers from the top end. This was on West Wing.
The Blight in the round tried to break the pallet w his power, and got stuck in place after the pallet broke. Unable to move for the rest of the match.
