PC- Random Freeze & Black Screen Which Affects my Entire PC

What's Happening
Step 1: Boot the game
Step 2: Play survivor for x amount of seconds
Step 3: Game will freeze alongside all of my monitors. Audio is still playing. After x amount of seconds, all of my screens will turn black and the audio distorts.
Step 4: I have waited up to 5 minutes. It never comes back, so I reset my PC
Step 5: Process repeats

Additional information
- It has happened with multiple different survivors. At the time of my last incidence, I was playing Feng Min.
- It's happened 5+ times now. I stopped playing for a day or so only to return, and it's still happening. I've only been able to play at most 2 matches before it happens.
- It only started happening after the recent update.
Note: I play Fortnite, which is also on Unreal Engine 5, and nothing bad has happened or been happening with Fortnite. It is JUST Dead by Daylight and it appears to be JUST survivor too. I'm a survivor main :(
