Sable Ward nose structure has changed since patch

Others have been commenting on characters bodies having been changed slightly since the patch update. I believe there is something wrong with Sable Ward’s nose now. Not to mention that her clothes are glitching through her skin, but now her nose looks like it is twice the size and has a nodge on her nose? It did not look like this before.
