PC - icons and textures dont load properly

whenever i play killer or survivor, icons for the perks and status effects may be glitched, and i dont know how to fix it, ive tried verrifying the integrety of the files and even reinstalling, but it didnt fix it. In addition to that when i tried playing Sadako, the entire screen is glitchy with static, and its just unplayable, it could also trigger an eplipsy with how bad it glitches
