Dead Hard Validation Is Broken

Hit validation, where it sometimes shows you get the hit but they get endurance because its fine on their screen, well, it's a bit broken. I hit this Sable on what must be tight timing and she fully showed up as downed on the ground and then after a second, she vanished because I guess on her screen she was just running away, but I had no indicator of that until she disappeared. I also got "Lethal blink" score event
Both players are PC Steam, I have about 45 ping on NAE servers.
