Players are not pushed downwards when vaulting from elevations

When a player (Survivor or Killer) vaults a window above ground level, they are no longer pushed downwards and instead briefly float in the air before slowly falling down.
This issue affects all Survivors and Killers.
This issue also affects Legion's Feral Frenzy, Wesker's Virulent Bound, and Chucky's Scamper.
