Massive game stutter after 7.7.0 and 7.7.0A

From the 7.7.0 update I can't launch the game without forcing it to run on DX11. If i enter a lobby I'm getting massive amount of game stutters to load all players character in lobby, most of the time in match I'm getting game stutters especially at the beginning of the players interaction like the start of the chase, heals from survivors, healing them and so on. After finishing a generator, until I look away from the finished and staying away from it, my game is not stopping the stuttering issues, due to it I can't move away from that area without facing those impossible level of game stutters. This issues still continues for me after 7.7.0A update. Unfortunately I can't provide the media proof.

    Btw after 7.7.0A, my game simply crashed in loading screen(to enter a match) every time and this crash report pops out:
