Calm Spirit makes survivors let go of generators even while suppressing the scream

Description: Using the perk Calm Spirit used to protect the survivor running it from being interrupted on actions by screaming, such as letting go of a generator you're repairing when it gets hit by Surge or Pain Resonance. Currently the survivor doesn't scream, but is still forced to stop the repair action.
Steps to reproduce: Equip the perk Calm Spirit. Work on a generator and have a survivor be downed next to it, to activate Surge.
