Can we get a more reliable to way shirt twitch streamers survivors?

It sounds like they’re handed out rather infrequently and randomly if a DbD dev just happens to stumble upon your stream while you’re live. FieldAgentReaper, the most prolific Pinhead main, has been streaming for over a year and consistently puts out good Cenobite content and is generally helpful and wholesome to chat. He’s had #shirtmysurvivor in his stream tags for months to no avail. Meanwhile, the only time I’ve seen anybody with them in game is the XStarWake couple (love you two btw), and (no shade to them) they have a decidedly smaller following, so what is the metric by which you determine if someone gets them or not?

Could BHVR implement some kind of form to reach out and make requirements for shirt apparent or pass them out more often or something?

As far as I know, it has also been distributed to players who have a negative impact on the community.
Even Twitch streamers with a lot of cheater friends can get it.
I don't know what BHVR is thinking.
