Flashlight saves during Off the Record
I went against someone who performed a flashlight save while using Off the Record, I then went for the first survivor I saw after being able to see and ended up hitting the Off the Record user who performed the save. It seems strange that a perk that should be used for anti-tunneling can then be used to perform a save and still allow for an endurance hit. I believe that performing a flashlight save should disable the endurance as it is directly interacting with a killer who has decided against tunneling the Off the record user - this however should not apply to regular blinds for a survivor being chased by a tunneling killer, it should only apply to saves. This would hopefully discourage using Off the Record for a flashlight save at least a little bit.

Many of us agree with this. ANY action to advance the objective or being actively used offensively against the killer should disable OTR. If you're stopping to flashlight a killer carrying someone, then clearly the killer isn't tunneling you, and the whole anti-tunnel protection is moot. It's silly someone can be right there and flashlight blind you, and as the killer, you literally can do nothing about it since that flashlighter has built-in god mode. Going on the offensive against the killer should always have a risk. Additionally, being healed should also drop OTR, as if you were fully healed, then clearly the killer isn't tunneling you.

Fellas, it is bad to help our teammates?
Killers really want everything in their favor

Yeah, it's crazy how many complaints I see about survivors helping out team mates. Which rulebook is it that says you can only use perks to help yourself and not others?

perk that should be used for anti-tunneling
Killers now are saying how I SHOULD use perks that I equip? 😂

i think OP is just saying that Blind saves should be defined as a Conspicuous Action.
Since the current list includes Altruistic actions like healing or unhooking other Survivors, it is weird that a Flashlight save isn't considered as one.
I'm not too sure if there are two different score events for Blind saves and flashlight blinds when the Killer is not carrying another Survivor. If they're the same, the devs probably excluded blinds otherwise a tunneled Survivor flashlight blinding a Killer at a pallet would disable their Endurance.
However with flashlight blinds being much easier to pull off combined with BGP, a "tunneled" Survivor with OTRlurking near a chased Survivor for a save isn't such a rare occurence these days. This would be how second chance anti tunneling perks could be used aggressively.
