The Blue effect m1 hold perk, start to presence to every survivors now.
Strange that past few month not even anyone running it. not until recently eh!
Now in high lv, most survivors bring it with toolboxes now eh.

Yeah it's terrible. I'm not even playing at the moment because of rubber banding and performance issues but it looks like even if i could play it wouldn't be fun.
I think it's possible BHVR won't kill switch or address multiple issues at once to avoid panic.
If so, the player experience is being sacrificed for the public image unfortunately.
I can't think of why else they haven't taken action yet.3 -
They didn't kill switch Merciless Storm when it was abused for weeks either.

They finally got a chance to boost their Knight DLC sales, so please, be patient and let them get the best from those hype purchases. Then they will fix it as usual. You should be thankful it's not a licensed DLC perk, because in this case it would take them years to fix it, as it did with ye olde DS.

DS was not bugged tho. DS worked as intended.

Im more annoyed cause this is no meme one of my favorite perks in the game and ran it constantly. Once I learned of the exploit Ive stopped running it, now just gotta wait til BHVR finally fixes this in 8 months
