Rpd vault bug causing survivor to be un-hookable

I was playing rpd west wing when a claire fast vaulted this window above the basement spiral stairs and got stuck on the railing, she knew this was a thing as she pointed when i hit her so she didn't fall off. and to be clear she wasnt trapped as she fell off later and i killed her. i am unsure if this happens on east wing aswell or just west. you may need certain perks to do this i dont know, as i didnt catch the build of the claire, nor saw exactly what occured.

There is also the raised floor bug next to the statues in the big room, causing you to be unable to break the god pallet if you are on the elevated floor and makes xenomorphs tunnels near impossible to enter if one spawns there. pls fix behavior :( or better yet just killswitch the maps completely until its all fixed.
