Platform: PC afaik

Description: When a Killer breaks a Chemical Trapped pallet, the Killer becomes blind for the rest of the trial via visual glitches. If the Killer hits a Survivor, He'll regain his vision for a brief moment, but then the visual glitch returns.

Reproduction: Survivor uses the perk Chemical Trap on a pallet. Killer Breaks the trapped pallet. Visual glitches occur.

Occurance: Every time a Killer breaks a Chemical Trapped pallet.

    This also happens to me as a survivor when I am near a killer breaking a chem trap pallet
