Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

Unable to load into game as Survivor, character models missing?
Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Choose "Play" as Survivor
Step 3 : Choose character Ace Visconti
Step 4 : Notice character model missing, should normally be to the right of the screen.
Step 5: Switch to any other character
Step 6: Switch back to Ace Visconti
Step 7: Notice that instead of the character model for Ace being present, instead whichever character you previously last viewed is shown.
Step 8: Notice that all these steps also apply to Nea Karlsson
Step 9: Notice when in the lobby for a public survivor match as Ace, character model is completely missing
Step 10: Press 'Ready"
Step 11: Once a match is found, notice character model's still missing
Step 11: Repeat steps 5 through 7
Step 12: Match fails to load in, Error code: 502
