I dont know where is the suitable place to post this.

I really want to get the orange shirt. And since it's showing in store. When I clicked on it, it showed unlocking it by buying Bundle; and led me to Binding of kin Bundle, since I already have Elodie but didnt have Twin, I unlocked the Chapter by buying Twin.

Then I still dont have the orange shirt.

I already have all Twin's perk and not planning to ever play Twin, I spent 250 auric cell mainly to get Elodie's orange shirt, but I got Twin instead.

Is there a way to remove Twin from my purchase and refund auric cell? Or is there a way I get the orange shirt?
