Unable to unhook survivors

In 2 separate matches have been unable to unhook teammates. There is no unhook prompt at the hook.

Happened to me just now too, on midwich, really annoying since i needed to land 1 more skillcheck on a gen hehe, was on the upper floor, i think the room with the books (not the one with the ramp). the hook was more or less in a corner too

This happened to me yesterday too one one particular hook on Lery's Memorial on the bigger portion of the map, down one of the big hallways. The survivor I was trying to unhook was close to dying and had 160 ping as well.
