Custom Clothing

I've been playing dbd for a long time now, and I have to say that it kind of gets boring after a while, but once new clothing items are installed/ more DLC's involved, I play it again as if I wasn't bored. But it kind of gets tiring to wait for a long time just to get new clothing items that we know are either coming out, will cost money, or will be entirely new to us. If we had the option to create our own clothing for the characters we like, it would be entirely different. Of course there'd have to be limited colors so that people can't use it to create their own Golden Feng, or other event items that no one has. The colors would have to be different than the already used ones. It would give a chance for people to show how they are and how they want to act in the game. When going into to create your own clothing, you'd be able to choose off a template (Other clothing options that have been installed into the store/you bought yourself.) but only for that character. Then you'd be able to use any colors you want, install text, or do more. Just to show your true enjoyment of the game, your playstyle, etc. I know that this just seems like a waste of time and it probably will never happen, but I just wanted to share an Idea I had, I don't really care if they install it or not. I just thought it'd be nice to share something.

Players not making their own skins but buying the designed skins is a source of income for BHVR. And I like it that it is that way: Since they sell skins, they are able to offer new killers/survivors for free.

What I meant was that everyone in order to use this effect, would have to pay a fee of some sort to use it. like 600 Auric Cells, or like 7.2k shards.

i personally love the idea. they could make it so it's like minecraft bedrock edition on console how you have to pay for the skin to be unlocked, some money goes to the creator of the skin but some goes to Behaviour aswell.
