Stuttering Is Worse Post Bugfix [PC - STEAM]

My game actually wasn't performing that badly with the Midchapter update. However, since the bugfix, it is (virtually) UNPLAYABLE. I am nauseous trying to play since it looks like I'm playing on 10 frames per second.

I am insanely excited about the Anniversary Event and I would please, please, PLEASE like an announcement that you are aware performance issues ARE NOT FIXED and will need more attention prior to the next PTB. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to report this. The Team is aware the issue of rubber banding and stuttering is still occurring, and are actively looking into it.
