BUG: Sometimes it's impossible to unhook - no popup option

Sometimes when survival tries to unhook, option for unhook doesn't show. Even when survival goes around or another survival tries to unhook.
From the "survival on hook" perspective I didn't see my health bar but had to do skill checks.
There wasn't any textures or something that could block it - it's just a bug in the game
