Cages of atonement visual bug

Description of the issue - When sent to cages of atonement, there is a visual big where survivors appear outside the cages.
Steps to reproduce - Get downed by pyramid head after walking through his trail of torment and be sent to his cages of atonement.
How often does this occur - At least 50% of the time that cages of atonement is used.
