Bite the bullet not working correctly
Platform - PS5
Description of the issue - When using the perk bite the bullet, sometimes grunts of pain and sounds of healing for you and other survivors are not silenced and are still audible as if you did not bring the perk.
Steps to reproduce - Play a couple of games with the perk equipped and eventually you will have a game where it does not work.
How often does this occur - From my own experimenting, it occurs approximately every 1 in 5 games. As a side note, most recently when it happened, the killer was using perks/add ons that inflict mangled and hemorrhage status effects. I don't know if this is the cause and I can't remember if those were present the other times this perk did not work for me but I think it is worth noting as a possibility.
