Do you think the current anti-camp feature should be more effective against proxy-camping the area?

Yes (with a radius increase)
lets make it impossible for killers then balance from there (seriously)

No
The feature is meant to deal with facecamping which it has effectively killed as a strategy. Defending the area around the hook has never been an issue.

Yes (the radius remains at 16m)
If there was a way to calculate 16m from chokepoints, then sure. It seems silly I can effectively facecamp on The Game (and numerous other maps like H-shaped maps) from 30-60m out because there are no other ways to reach the hook.

The point of the anti-camp mechanic is to stop facecamping to get somebody out of the game early, which can sometimes make rescuing a Survivor impossible. It succeeds at doing that. Nobody facecamps people at 5 gens anymore.
It's not meant to stop the Killer from being able to defend hooks entirely. Patrolling hooks is not a problem, since there's plenty of opportunities to slip past the Killer get the rescue, and give the unhooked Survivor the post-unhook endurance & haste boost.

I'd say, let the survivors see the unhook bar progress on the HUD, and rework Slippery Meat to increase the anti-face-camp range by, say 2/4/6 meters.
