"Hex: The Third Seal" token acquisition Bug

As the title, when I use the chain attack on survivors, the "Hex: The Third Seal" doesn't add any tokens. Below is the recorded process of what happened:
The condition for "Hex: The Third Seal" states is "Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack or a special attack while the Hex Totem is active." Judging from "Play with your food," because I lost a token, I did indeed successfully perform an attack on a survivor. However, there seems to be a bug causing "Hex: The Third Seal" to not have any reaction.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
