Release these 2 Nea rift outfits to the store already

Can we finally get these 2 outfits in the store? I've been waiting forever to buy the 2 head pieces, they are very rare and it's been a long time since they were in the rift. The fact that they're already in the game, ready to be sold with some changes from the backend by a dev, but aren't yet available is baffling at this point.
