Lore: Maruki was a normal girl. Her life was normal in every way shape or form she had a good friend group, good grades and a good life. She even had a crush on a boy named Tayo Mikami.
Her life went downhill after a horrific accident. The home invasion left her hospitalized and orphaned. She never thought that she would be able to survive, but someone was there for her Tayo. Every day he would visit her hospital room and read her books, help her catch up on assignments so her grades wouldn’t slip, and talk to her so she didn't get lonely. The operations were hell but he gave her the strength and motivation to keep going. He was her lifeboat. He was her Gāojì de.
Over the rest of the duration of her school year, her small crush on this boy became something more than that. He was the only one of the people that she surrounded herself with who stuck by her side so closely. Her other friends had casually visited her every now and then but never as routinely as he did. He was there for her and her darkest moments. And now she was alone to be taken care of by an aunt that showed little to no interest in her life. All she had left was her friends and Tayo…he was there for her every day after she got out of the hospital. He was there for her to help her readjust.
Over time her love for him became Something bigger, something obsessive. It transferred from a schoolyard crush to a need for a year. she felt physically sick without him, The days that he wouldn't come to school she felt weak and tired. She decided that day that this meant that they were meant to be. He was meant to be hers. He stood by her side throughout all of her troubles and she just needed him to be there for the rest of her life. But before she had the chance to take what was rightfully hers she noticed things about girls around him. She noticed that people really liked Tayo…like….like liked him…they wanted him…. But they didn't need him like she did, she needed him. He was her medicine, her painkiller, her life support…. If she didn't get him she didn't want to think about what would happen to her…but she was completely fine with thinking about what was going to happen to these girls.
So she started dealing with them. Anytime a girl would come along she would find a way to get rid of them. Whether this involved killing them or just making sure that her precious Tayo stopped loving them. It all came to a head whenever she faced her biggest target, her biggest foil. Her best friend Toāmin. Another friend that was there for her when she was going through her recovery. She didn't want to hurt her friend. But her friend was playing a dangerous game getting in between her and her one true love Maruki has spent too long trying to get him to let anything get in her way, even her friend. To avoid killing her though she decided to kidnap her. And that is when Maruki decided now was a best time to confess.
She waited too long and she got closer to Tayo. And after her confession, she would explain to Toāmin why she did all of this so a good friend would understand.…she invited him to her classroom after school. And she did it. She poured her heart out and gave the best confession that she could make but it was meant by a swift and soul-crushing rejection...Tayo was afraid of Maruki getting hurt due to all the disappearances that had been surrounding him. He told her that every girl that has shown interest in him has died or disappeared and he was afraid of it happening to her next…Maruki was beyond crushed and destroyed. Her own actions and her own quest have led her to this outcome…. This rage turned into a complete breakdown as Maruki decided if she couldn't have him no one could…she managed to pull out her knife and stab Tayo in the stomach but before she was able to land the finishing blow ending his life and then soon her own. She was attacked from behind by Toāmin. Her best friend had struck her in the back of the head with a chair. Everything became an empty haze in her mind. It became foggy and dizzy. What snapped her out of it was the sound of her love being taken away from her by her friend to the person that she trusted… She got up quickly and ran into the hallway seeing Taōmin escorting Tayo down the hall away from her. Maruki gave Chase to them giggling incessantly and being completely broken. But the Hall of the school began to distort into a fog. She could see the glimpses of her love and her former best friend down the hall but the fog was making it harder and harder for her to see them.
Soon she realized that she wasn't in the school anymore, she was in a forest…with a quick breath, she quickly turned around and saw a campfire. She saw Tayo and Taōmin holding each other at the campfire…she felt a strong wrath and rage consume her but a greater force above her told her it wasn't time yet…so she waited until she could chase her obsession once again…

A Yandere, like yourself, is known for various, different methods of killing and taking out your opponents and rivals. Thankfully and miraculously you have an artillery that just conveniently falls into your hands if you look for it.
Scattered all over the map are tools at your disposal that can be used to take out survivors.
At the beginning of the trial, you have no power until you find one of these tools. These tools have unique and different purposes but also various, different durabilities and longevity.
{The Katana}: when collecting the katana your power will change. You gain the ability to enter a special stance that makes you super agile and athletic. In this stance, your vault speed is increased by 15%, and your lunge is extended while sliding against a wall. And while holding down the power button while in this stance you will start running at 165% speed. The durability of the katana will go down by 1% every 3 seconds in the stance and the durability will decrease 15% faster while utilizing the benefits of this stance
{The TT33 Pistol}: when collecting the pistol you have the ability to hold down your power button to aim the pistol. Slowing you down to 4.2m/s. While aiming the pistol you have the ability to shoot at survivors injuring them. Different body parts will result in a different outcome. If you hit a survivor's leg the survivor will be hindered by 15%, if you hit a survivor's torso they will be hit with a deep wound, if you hit a survivor's arm they will drop their item, and if you manage to hit a survivor's head they will instantly go down. The pistol has 8 rounds in total. And you have a 15% chance to find three bullets while searching lockers. Whenever you use up all of your bullets the yandere will put the gun away but not discard it.
{The Fire Axe}: The Fire axe will always be found lodged into something (a tree, a wall, anything). The Yandere must perform a 3-second interaction to dislodge the Fire Axe. But once getting access to the fire ax you gain access to a special stance. in the stance pallet and breakable wall break speeds are increased by 85%. And when hitting a survivor with the fire ax the survivor will be inflicted with a deep wound. And if you hit a survivor while falling from a high place the survivor will instantly be downed. Whenever using the axe, its durability will decrease, when breaking a pallet or breakable wall with the axe its durability will decrease by 20% and when hitting a survivor with the fire axe its durability will decrease by 8%.
{The Trap Setting Kit}: on the trial grounds the yandere can find a suitcase that has a kit with traps inside of it. And can set up various traps with this kit. The suitcase has a total of nine charges.
Generators: The yandere has the ability to set up an electrical wire trap around a generator. If a survivor attempts to work on the generator while this trap is on it the generator will become electrocuted causing them to scream and become hindered and incapacitated for 5 seconds.
Pallets: The Yandere has the ability to set up a trap at a pallet The Yandere will put barbed wire on the pallet. If a survivor attempts to throw the pallet they will be injured by the barbed wire and become stuck in it on the side that they threw the pallet. The survivor will have to struggle against the barbed wire to get out.
Doorways: The yandere has the ability to set up a trap in a doorway. The yandere will set up a tripwire. If a survivor steps on this trip, a bell will ring. And a rope will release. Causing a bucket of water to swing through the doorway and hit the survivor, giving them a concussion and hindering them.
You will be alerted when a trap is tripped or disabled. The yandere is unable to trigger her own traps.

Animations:
Pallet Break- The Yandere will cutely kick the pallet with one leg and then the other while posing.
{Axe} Pallet Break- yandere will laugh incessantly while holding the ax over her head slamming it down on the pallet and quickly regaining her speed
Wall break- The yandere will lean forward, knock on the breakable wall twice and then Will giggle with a hand over her mouth before kicking it down.
{Axe} Wall Break- The yandere will laugh maniacally while knocking on the wall and then quickly break it with a side hit from the axe.
Pallet Stun- The yandere will move back and let out a dramatic cry while holding her skirt down and whining
Damage Generators- The yandere will cutely kick the generator twice
Vaulting- yandere will athletically jump over the vault with two hands
Cleaning weapon: The yandere will look at her knife, drag her finger across it and giggle.
{Katana} Cleaning Weapon: The yandere will admire the katana and then click it back into its sheath.
{Axe} Cleaning Animation: The yandere will spin the axe in her hand while giggling.
{TT33} Headshot: The yandere will hold up a peace sign while going “Kon'nichiwa”
{Axe} Falling Strike: The Yandere will have a unique animation of lodging her axe into the back of the survivor while downing them and pulling it out of their back while saying “Zan'nen'na”


Perks:
Rival War:- you have become obsessed with a survivor. Leaving behind your mark on your love is a show of your affection. But when others try to take it away your mark of love and replace it with their own, God forbid your love reciprocates it…you get infuriated….
When a survivor heals the obsession you gain a token and if the obsession heals another survivor you gain two tokens with a maximum of eight tokens.. Anytime a survivor heals the obsession they will become cursed.
When hitting a survivor that has healed the obsession at all a different thing will happen depending on how many tokens you have.
2 tokens: The survivor will be left with a deep wound.
4 tokens: The survivor will be broken for 50 seconds.
6 tokens: The survivor will instantly be downed.
You lose all these tokens when hitting a survivor that has interacted with the obsession

All Mine:- you have become deeply obsessed with one survivor. And when you finally capture them and finally get them all to yourself you feel invigorated.
While the obsession is hooked you gain a 5%/8%/10% speed boost. Your weapon cleaning cooldown is 2%/4%/6% faster. And you gain the blood lust 3%/6%/9% quicker.

{Hex} Senpai:- admiration, affection, punishment, any attention fuels you and you will make it your goal to make it so it's only yours. They give you the strength to do the unthinkable.
When in chase with the obsession this perk will activate and slowly charge up throughout the chase. 1% everyone second.
If you hit the obsession you gain 3%, if the obsession hits you with a pallet you gain 5%, if you Down the obsession you gain 6%, and you gain 4% every second that you are carrying the obsession.
Once this perk is all the way full if you down a survivor that has recently interacted with the obsession you can instantly kill them.

Mori: The yandere has 5 slightly different moris.
{Base} The Base Mori will activate if the Yandere has no artillery in her power. She will prance up to the downed survivor looking worried and offer a hand to help them up. The survivor will reach for her hand and she will stab her knife into their wrist and drag them forward by their wrist onto their stomach and she will jump on their back and stab them repeatedly in the back while laughing. And once she's done she will giggle and stand up.
{Katana} This Mori will activate if you have the Katana Power Equipped. The yandere will slowly walk up to the downed survivor and offer her hand to them. The survivor will attempt to take it but Yandere cuts off the survivor's hand. And with a giggle, the Yandere will hack and slash the Survivor with the Katana while laughing maniacally.
{Axe} This Mori will activate if you have the Axe Power Equipped. Yandere walks up to the survivor and with a smile offers her hand. The survivor will reach to take her hand but Yandere will stand up and lodge her axe in the survivor's shoulder causing the survivor to yell trying to get it out. The Yandere will pull the axe out and then slam it into their stomach and then their other shoulder and finally with a wink and a smile on their face.
{TT33 (4 variations)} The Yandere will walk up and with a smile kneel down and offer her hand to the survivor. The Survivor will reach to take it but
{No Bullets} The Yandere will attempt to Shoot the survivor's wrist but unfortunately, it won’t work pissing the Yandere off and causing her to instead just proceed with her normal more
{Only 1 bullet} The yandere will pull out the pistol and fire 1 round into the survivor's wrist causing the survivor to grip their wrist. The yandere will then attempt to shoot again but hear a click so she will proceed to Hit the survivor in the face with the butt of the gun repeatedly.
{2 Bullets} The yandere will pull out the pistol and fire 1 round into the survivor's wrist causing the survivor to grip their wrist Then the Yandere will shoot their survivor in the Throat and when realizing the gun is empty just put the gun into her belt and back away
{<3 Bullets} The Yandere will pull out the pistol and fire 1 round into the survivor's wrist causing the survivor to grip their wrist Then the Yandere will shoot the survivor in the Throat and empty whatever is left in the clip into the survivor Torso while laughing loudly
{The Obsession} This mori will activate when mori’ing the obsession no matter what power you have. The Yandere will walk up and kneel offering the Obsession a hand as the Obsession takes it the Yandere will pull the Obsession to his feet and kiss the Obsession while stabbing them in the stomach then lightly push the Obsession causing them to fall back as the Yandere giggles and laughs Menically almost sounding like shes crying.
