Purple Glyph floating in the upper floor on Midwich

Recent tome challenge purple glyph.
Found it when walking upstairs on Midwich - it was floating in the floor with only a tiny bit sticking out. You couldn´t activate it.
It luckily floated to the stairs and halfway down you could interact with it.
